Welcome to the “Ask NT Wright Anything” podcast subscription, operated by Premier Christian Communications Limited (“Premier”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our podcast or accessing any content or features, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription and Account
1.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
1.2. Account Registration
To access the subscription, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. Subscription Access
Your subscription grants you access to exclusive podcast content and related features for the duration of your paid subscription term. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the subscription service at any time.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1. Subscription Fees
You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely via our payment processor (Stripe).
2.2. Billing Cycle and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your subscription will renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method at each renewal.
2.3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
2.4. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
3. Content and Usage
3.1. License
As a subscriber, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream the “Ask NT Wright Anything” podcast content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3.2. Restrictions
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any content unless expressly permitted by Premier in writing. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your subscription and legal action.
3.3. Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the podcast content but do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property rights belong to Premier Christian Communications or our licensors. You may not use our name, logo, or content without written permission.
5. Privacy

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The podcast and related content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Premier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the subscription.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Your continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
